
To ensure the enjoyment of all campers please follow camp rules.
Arrival Time: 2pm unless stated otherwise. Accommodation will be held up until 4pm on the day of arrival unless a full nights deposit has been received.
Cabins must vacate by 10.30am on day of departure. Sites must vacate by 10.30am when bookings are heavy. Later departure to be arranged with management.
Balance of accounts are payable on arrival.
Payment must be made for the full time booked.
Refunds for early departure are at management discretion. Refunds will only
be considered in exceptional circumstances.
Vehicle speed in park is limited to a walking pace only.
Reasonable quietness between 10.30pm and 7am. Reasonable behaviour and dress at all times. No liquor to be consumed in park except on own site or in accommodation units. Excessive drinking and parties are forbidden. Consideration must be shown at all times to other guests.
Not admitted unless pre-arranged with management.
Please place bottles and cans in the recycle bins opposite the office. Papers in the room opposite the recycle bins.
Wrap cleanings in newspaper and place in the mini skip only not in camp bins. No filleting in the kitchen or cabins please.
Boats and boat trailers must be parked in the boat park.
Boat motors may be washed only in the designated area on the main drive into camp. Please be considerate to nearby campers.
Visitors are allowed by arrangement with the management. Your visitors are your responsibility and should depart by 10pm. Visitor’s vehicles are to be parked outside camp.
Children under the age of 5 should be accompanied by an adult when using toilets and showers. Hand basins are not be used for washing clothes. Please leave them clean.
The tubs are for washing clothes not children. An iron is available in the laundry.
One vehicle only is permitted to be parked on site.
Caravans & campervans must have an electrical warrant of fitness and comply with LPG Standard (NZS 5428:1996). Tents: Electricity can only be connected through an approved isolating transformer or RCD Safety Switch
Smoking is not permitted in any camp building.
The dump station is behind the ablution block. All campervans and caravans must have their own wastewater container. Chemical toilets must be emptied in dump stations.
The camp water supply comes from a bore and is limited. Please use water sparingly.
Open fires within camp or on the beach are not permitted. No fireworks are permitted in the holiday park as they have the potential to cause danger or damage. The Rodney District Council General Bylaw 1998 prohibits the setting off of fireworks in any public place without the prior written consent of the Council or an Authorised Officer. Please ask the holiday park owners/managers if you want to let off fireworks.
Please position your tent to allow your vehicle to be parked on your site. Prior to vacating your site please ensure that all pegs are removed.
A card phone is situated at the entrance to the camp.
Please leave the kitchen clean for the next camper. Food in the refrigerator and freezer should be named and dated. Failure to do this could result in your food being disposed of.
Boats may not be launched by vehicle from within camp.
Riding of bicycles is prohibited within the camp between Labour weekend and Easter.
The park owners shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage of any property for any reason regardless of the cause. Including any fault pertaining to any fitting, appliance or piece of apparatus within the vicinity of the camping ground.
Management reserves the right to request any camper to leave the camp for infringement of rules or disruption to other campers.
Registering for a site or cabin implies acceptance of the above conditions by the site holder.
